Payments
All payments must be made 100% in advance before the commencement of any project.
Alphabiz will not start work until the payment is received and confirmed.
Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Project Delivery
Timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting the project.
Alphabiz will ensure timely delivery, provided the client shares all required information, content, and approvals on time.
Delays from the client’s side (e.g., pending content, late approvals) may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions
- Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed at the time of contract.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.
No Refund Policy
Once a project is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback during the project process.
Confidentiality
Brandscaller respects client confidentiality. Any business information, data, or creative material shared will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment.
Brandscaller reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Brandscaller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, licenses, and third-party permissions for content provided.
Amendments
Brandscaller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
